Ira Levy is the Chief Financial Officer of Vertiqal Studios, responsible for the company’s financial strategy, reporting, and capital markets activities as a TSX-listed company. With over 20 years of finance experience, he plays a key role in guiding growth, managing acquisitions, and ensuring strong financial governance across Vertiqal’s operations.
Before joining Vertiqal, Ira held senior finance roles including CFO of Reklaim Ltd. and Avivagen Inc., and Corporate Controller at Vivo Cannabis. A Canadian CPA, CA, with an MBA, he brings extensive expertise in financial management, governance, and capital raising that strengthens Vertiqal’s leadership team.

Most recently, Tyler led Strategy, Initiatives, and Expansion for a global $750MM creator media company. Tyler brings this wealth of experience to Vertiqal Studios to assist in long-term strategy, scale transformation, and global expansion.
